Residential Turf Conversion Rebate is $3 per square-foot for Residential projects and $2 per square-foot for HOA’s and Commercial properties (requires pre-approval)

Eligible project areas must meet the following criteria:

  • Existing green or golden-brown lawn.
  • Must be a minimum of 50 square feet, up to a maximum of 2,000 square feet for Residential and up to 5,000 square feet for HOA’s.
  • Grass must be replaced with a combination of desert-friendly plants and permeable landscape surfaces & at least 20% of converted area must be covered by plant life.
  • Artificial turf, concrete or other hardscape projects are not acceptable.
