Important Payment Update
A new online payment portal is coming January 2027! We are moving from Xpress Bill Pay to the Caselle Citizen Portal, powered by Zift. Existing AutoPay enrollments will not transfer, so you will need to register for the new portal and re-enroll. No action is needed right now: keep paying through Xpress Bill Pay as usual, and stay tuned for registration instructions in December.

This estimate covers the tiered water consumptive charge only. Your bill also includes the fixed monthly meter charge for your meter size, plus any applicable adjustments (Energy Cost Adjustment, CVWD Replenishment Fee). Drought rates apply to Tiers 3 & 4 only when a drought is declared by the State.
